Tinder has partnered with Brazilian fintech company Ebanx and can now subscribe to the flirting app by debit payment in the current account. The novelty also allows up to six times the amount to be paid on the card.
Brazil is the first country in Latin America to accept a new payment method that is made outside of an app that can run on both Android and iPhone. The options to complete the purchase are credit card, debit and debit accounts. In the coming weeks, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile and Peru will also be able to make payments through the Brazilian platform.

Discounts on payments outside the Tinder app
The cooperation between the two companies provides Tinder users with the possibility of paying a 5% cash back subscription on a monthly, semi-annual or yearly basis. This offer is only valid through the Ebanx Go app and company card. At this time, all subscription values will receive a 50% discount on unprocessed payments by Apple or Google.
Both App Store and Play Store charge up to 30% on all payments. Part of the 50% discount is likely to be within the price not charged by the Tinder and Ebanx partnership.
You can still pay for a subscription to the flirting platform within the app on your mobile device, but there is a one-time payment and no discount.All payments made within the Ebanx platform must be made on the website tinder.ebanx.com, But currently only credit cards.
